ALBERGHINI CRISTIANO, gets the Organ and Organ composition diploma at the Conservatorio “G. Frescobaldi” in Ferrara in 1998; in 2000 he gets the Choir Music and Choir conduction diploma, then in 2002 he gets the composition diploma at the Conservatorio “G.B. Martini” in Bologna.
In 1993 he takes part in a master class on the interpretation of the Northern Germany Organ repertoire with Master Harald Vogel; in 2000 he takes part in a master class for bassoonists and composers with master Pascal Gallois.
In 2001 he is the winner of the “Fondazione Carlo Carolina Bianca e Santina Zucchelli” scholarship with his composition “Flood” and in 2002 he wins the prize “Felice e Luigi Magone” with his composition “Il Canto Delle Pazze” (“The Mad Women Singing”).
He takes part in various organ festivals among which “Percorsi d’Organo nella città di Ferrara” organized by the association Musicartes.
He enters upon an artistic collaboration with percussionist Andrea Centazzo as a keyboard programmer in the Tour in the United States with a multimedia concert for percussions and electronic keyboards called “Anmin Soundsleep”, freely inspired by the homonymous literary work written by the Japanese novelist Banana Yoshimoto. He is later requested as a keyboard player for the recording of the soundtrack of the ballet “Il Cuore di Cera” (“The Wax Heart”) the music of which draws inspiration from the works of the painter Alberto Martini (1876-1954). His collaboration continues as a pianist, as a keyboard player and as an assistant conductor in the multimedia operas Memento (Udine, 2000) and Simultas (Teatro Comunale, Bologna, 2001).
He composes and performs his own “background” music in many cinema reviews and festivals for authorial silent films, in art exhibitions, in different theatrical performances.
In 2004 he composes and orchestrates the performance “No(t)te di Natale”, collaborating with the composer and stage-manager Claudio Mattioli, and with the pianist Denis Biancucci. This work has later been recorded by the Szeged Orchestra (Hungary) and published by the musical and record company “San Paolo”, Italy.
In 2005 he gets a special diploma released by the Foundation “Irina Arkhipova” of the Moscow state, Russia for the music composed and orchestrated at the Culture Festival between the two Ministries of foreign Affairs of Italy and Russia; ; Musical compositions were performed with the Symphonic Orchestra of Mosfilm.
In the same year he collaborates both as a pianist and as a conductor with the theatre company “Oblivion”, which since some years has started an artistical collaboration together with the comic actors “Gemelli Ruggeri”.
In 2006 he composes many pieces for the didactic projects “Le Tracce dell'Arte” and “La Linea Racconta” for the Municipality of Cento and performed in the Modern Art Gallery in the same town.
He composes the musical soundtrack for the children's show “THE THREE GOLDEN HAIRS”, after a Grimm Brothers' Tale, and represented in the theatre season 2006-'07; “THE SEARCH FOR THE DISAPPEARED PRINCESS”, theatre season 2007-'08 and “WHEN A LION KNOCKED AT THE DOOR”, the latter promoted by the 'Accademia Perduta' in Ravenna for the Season 2007-2008.
Some of his pieces have been chosen by the director Roberto Quagliano for the Kamel Film cinema productions in Bologna for the project called “Get Out”, “L'Alba di Luca”, “I fratelli d'Italia”.
He composed the soundtrack of the short film “Nomos” on the invitation of the italian director Giovanni Modaffari. The film got to the finals at the third edition of “Pentedattilo Film Festival” in 2008.
He collaborates with Federico Bellone and Simone Manfredini, respectively direcot and conductor first of the “Compagnia della Rancia” and now of the "Stage Entertainement" in Italy, for auditions and staging of theatre performances. The performance “Hollywood Dreams” was awarded a prize on 20th September 2008 in GARDALAND (a famous amusement park in the north of Italy) at the eighth edition of Parksmania Awards, that is considered the “Oscars of the amusement parks”. The prize has been awarded since 2000 by Parksmania to the parks which have distinguished themselves in the respective fields in the Italian and European context.
Between May and June 2009 he arranged and orchestrated the orchestral version of the show 'Francis, the man of God' by Claudio Mattioli and lyrics by Barbara Zanasi. Music by Claudio Mattioli, Denis Biacucci and Cristiano Alberghini were registered with the symphonic orchestra of Szeged in Hungary in June 2009 under the direction of Gyüdi Sandor.
On October 19, 2009 the show was performed in the theater of Szeged with this symphony orchestra conducted by Gyüdi Sandor.
Since 2009 he started a collaboration with Bear & Kaiser joining the TEAM as composer, arranger and orchestrator. In 2009 wrote the string arrangements for the “Sperfect” main theme of the composer Gary Marlowe, soundtrack for the documentary film “A Place Called Los Pereyra” directed by Andres Livov-Macklin. He collaborates as an orchestrator and arranger for the orchestra for the CD "Blakula! Permanent Midnight" of Diaphanoise published by Dharma Songs Made in England in 2010
In 2010 he wrote the soundtrack for the short film “Soldi Sporchi” (Dirty Money), directed by Daniel Balboni, included in the project 'Complete your fiction” event handled by Kaleidoscope Factory and Associated Links.
In 2011 collaborated with the Movie Production Company “Kamel Film” Bologna (Italy) composing music for television broadcast on RAI5 Readership.
In addition, he was commissioned original music for commercial television - My Lovely - broadcast on Mediaset (Italian channels).
