SYNOPSIS:
A young municipal employee, mistreated by his colleagues, seeking to emulate the Italian political class, trying to collect a bribe for a tender but, as they say, things stink smell dirty sooner or later, will hear.

It will be screened in a special event dedicated to the workshop, during an evening of Vision 2011 in Bologna in Italian film library.
